Remember only good things!

Lord, flood my mind with beautiful past memories of my first family, my dear parents and brothers during my childhood days; my first love, my husband for the past fifteen years; my miracle , my children since birth; my dear cousins, my buddies and loved ones who laughed n cried with me. I want to recall only all the good things they have done and be extremely THANKFUL for my rich life! 

CNY family reunions

We had two wonderful family reunions today ... Very tired yet so thankful! Family is indeed a place that we graciously accept each others' flaws and still be there for each other even at times when we disagree! A place that u can run to and be yourself, and still deeply loved. Wow!!!!! How precious ... Just like how our Heavenly Father treats us!!! ❤️❤️agape Luv!

Sewing 101

Ven has been waiting for me to start this sewing project together. Though there are tons of house chores screaming for me, I decided to stop and take time to bond with this second born. She was so thrilled and I know she will be so proud of her final 'hard work'. Most importantly, she knows she matters and mummy is there to teach her to keep going on when it seems tough!

Pattaya retreat for this weary mummy

Celebrate with me!!! My "boss" sensed by impending burnt out as well as my high possibility of tendering resignation. So he tactfully decided to let me tag along while he attends his short business conference in Pattaya! My crucial training basically covers more 'marketing strategies', budgeting, relaxation techniques as well as cost analysis.  As for the kids , we decided to outsource to gong gong Ltd, CEO Mr Goh who will provide intensive training to our 3 junior subordinates. Since it is their first overnight 'conference' aka cousins sleepover , there might be potential teething problems!! It seems Mr Goh is more nervous conducting such conference! Lol

Capture his heart

Every year I will aim to read a few books that will help me to understand a topic better. I had a year just for parenting, then a year for self. Now I'm returning to this topic, marriage.  Even divine marriage needs intentional investment. And may this year of reading helps me to understand my man better and bring our marriage to a greater height of love, understanding and joy! May I capture his heart and avoid unnecessary heartaches and disappointments. There is no better gift for my kids than a real fulfilling loving godly marriage!!! Hopefully I will be a 'changed' wife after catching a bigger glimpse inside the heart and mind of man!
